***School Daze***

Evan is halfway through his 2nd week of 4 year old kindergarten and I am extremely happy to report that he has "stayed on green" the entire time! They have three lights in their room: green, yellow, and red. The all have little stick people and they all start out on green at the beginning of the day. Any bad behavior moves their stick people to yellow or even worse to RED!!! I hope he stays on green the WHOLE year...hahaha!!!
I also started school this week. I have American Lit II on Tuesday nights from 6pm-9pm. It is very interesting and fun, but i love literature so I knew I would love it. We are currently studying Mark Twain and reading two of his works....his short story "The Notorious Jumping Frog of Calaveras County" and his classic novel "Huckleberry Finn". My first quiz is next Tuesday so wish me luck!

Tonight we are preparing for Ella's beauty pageant tomorrow night. She is competing in "The Fairest of the Fair" at The Central Mississippi Fair here in Kosy. We are all so excited and just know she will win here age group! BUT we bought her a gaudy rhinestoned cheapo tiara to wear incase she doesnt take the crown....but no worries...she will...hahaha!
