Football season is HERE!!!! The KHS Whippets started their high school football season last night with their opening game against Terry High School. After a first half full of flags and penalties against us we reclaimed our momentum and WON the game 15-0!! We have a new and amazing coaching staff who have had a dramatic impact on these players confidence and agility. That was very evident on the field last night!
I am also very proud to say that MY little brother-yes the one who was probably in diapers the last time you saw him!- is the STARTING QB....and KICKER, AND PUNTER for the team!!!....and he is only a JUNIOR in high school!!! Lot of weight to pull, but he eat, sleeps, and breathes football and is dedicated to helping make this year a winning season for our Whippets!!!
Hoping BAMA will want him!!!!
