Going Vegetarian....

i have decided to make a life and health changing decision....i am cutting out MEAT and processed foods from my diet.  I know i know....its sudden and drastic, BUT rest assured it is for health reasons, not in hopes of losing weight or anything:)
As many of you know, I suffer from severe fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue as well as onset RA.  Many of my symptoms are triggered or worsened by foods that i consume....so after reding an awesome book (Seven Pillars of Health) and doing some research online, i have decided to become a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian.  This means that while i won't eat Meat...i will still consume dairy products and eggs. Mainly just dairy.

If any of you have any suggestions i would love to hear them!  I am sooo excited to eat healthier and be healthier!!!

  1. I hope it works for you Mandi... I know you would do just about anything for relief; however, just be sure to watch your B-12 and vitamin D levels even closer than I know you already are due to the fact that these tend to fall even lower with a vegetarian lifestyle. Good luck... maybe this will cause you to have some relief!!!
